Using Water in Paint? HUGH?

The law is coming down on our shops to use low VOC paint. I thought that it was funny sounding when I first heard of it, like oil and water I thought! Well, I will testify that from what I have seen and heard, this product is easier in some ways and more difficult in the matching. This product makes the painter really earn that mixing time!
