Is Your Car Ready For Winter? – Learn How To Inspect Your Coolant System

December 1, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

This video was brought to you by Motor Age.

Winter is here, is your car ready for the colder months ahead?  As mentioned in the video, as the radiator becomes low, many times water is added.  However, this can lead problems.  Join Motor Age technical editor, Pete Meier, as he shares some tips on inspecting the condition of a customer’s coolant.

Pete is at Pinellas Technical Education Center Clearwater (PTEC) in Florida.  I check there website and noticed that they have welding and automotive technology.  Unfortunately, they do not offer auto collision repair.  Well, I did not see it on their website.  However, we are still thankful for the tips and training on the cooling system.  Thanks PTEC, Pete and Motor Age….Great Video!
