PLEASE NOTE – I was just e-mailed that CP Tools is a cheap Harbor Freight quality brand.  I have never thought about it, but I can see how you may get this confused.  Central Pneumatic and Chicago Pneumatic are two different brands.  Central Pneumatic is a cheap brand, but Chicago Pneumatic is one of the better quality air tools.  

I just thought I would clear that up, if you should be thinking the same thing.  I would not promote a cheap quality tool line like Central Pneumatic.

This is a demonstration of what tools are needed, the steps to remove body parts on a car you’re working on, and a few tips to help you.  When a car is involved in a collision, there are damaged parts that will need to be removed.  The parts may be replaced with new parts, or the same part may be re-installed after the repairs have been made.  Hopefully this video will help you understand the process better and some of the body shop language used such as R&I, R&R, and D&R.
