This year at the 63rd Annual Cars for Charities Rod & Custom Car Show in Wichita, Kansas we selected a 1940 Buick for Butler’s Sponsor Award.
There are many amazing cars this year, but this car has some cool histroy. It is said that Eleanor Roosevelt was one of the first riders to ride in this car.
Nancy Reagan later rented this car for her nieces wedding, which we found interesting.
About The Car
We found this Buick interesting and we think you will too.

I recently traveled to Artesia, NM, to attend a funeral. On the way back, I stopped at Shamrock, Texas, and took this photo of the Conoco Tower Station and U-Drop In Cafe.
Other than the unique look of the station that was built in 1936, I also found it interesting they served food at the cafe, filled your car with gas, worked on cars, and do your laundry.
I guess you could say that was the small town Walmart back in the day.
