Kelly McDonald to Deliver Diverse Message at ASRW Opening General Session
Dallas/August 5, 2010 — Notable marketing expert Kelly McDonald will present the keynote address at the Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) Opening General Session, from 8:30–10a.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, followed immediately by the opening of the NACE and CARS show floor. Sponsored by DuPont Performance Coatings, McDonald’s presentation titled, “The Changing Face of Your Business – Inside and Out” will focus on diversity as a business opportunity and will examine its generational, racial and ethnic effects occurring in the changing automotive service workplace as it relates to employees and customers.
Tickets for the Opening General Session are included in Super Pass registration packages and can also be purchased separately for $25 before the Aug. 17 early bird deadline; $35 after in the online attendee registration systems for NACE and CARS.
