We are all students at DCMO BOCES (Delaware, Chenango, Madison, Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services). BOCES is an occupational school that gives us the opportunity to learn specific trade skills. The Collision Repair course is a two year course where we learn to work on a vast amount of projects such as vehicles, bowling pins, tables, and motorcycles to prepare us for a career after school. Our class is a bunch of buddies, better known as “Bondo Butters”, “Sket, “Rusty D”, “Big D”, “Big Red”, “Delivery man”, “Rice man”, “Yami” “Big Bubba” and “Bensong”,that work in the body shop and get stuff done…most of the time. We are students ranging from eleventh grade to adults that are working towards a career in the Automotive Collision Repair field. Projects that are currently in progress are a three-wheeled Geo Metro, a 1980 Pontiac Firebird, customizing a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS, and others. We are always happy to learn new things and look forward to next year. If you are ever in Norwich, NY come and visit. http://www.dcmoboces.com/
