Before grabbing a pen and writing down what is wrong with a car that has damage you need to use a little strategy. What is wrong with the car, who was in the car if it was involved in an accident, year, make, model, vin number, prior damage, etc. There is a lot of things to consider and record before actually writing the repair estimate.
In this video I am going to discuss what to look for and the steps to take in order to complete a thorough auto repair estimate.
Watch the video to learn the steps to take.
Hopefully this video helps you better inspect car damage before writing an estimate.

September 4, 2013 at 1:46 amHey Donnie…ever since I found your link and subscribed to it, I have found a TON of knowledge that you possess and love watching your vids. Although I was mainly searching for more knowledge on airbrushing, I have found all your vids useful and actually was able to press out a dent and also buff out a long (26″) scratch on my mom’s car. I want to thank you for your time and energy spent in making these videos!! Not many people will reveal their “Secrets” in auto body repair and finishing, so for you to do these videos is awesome. I may not pursue auto body repair full time, these vids have given me a lot of insight and knowledge into what it takes to do it. If your ever in the northern Missouri region, would love to meet up with you and get some more input and/or trade ideas. Thank you for your time, Brian
