66 Mustang Restoration – MIG Welding Damaged Flanges – DIY Welding Tips

http://MyMustangRestoration.com – In this video, we’re welding damaged flanges on the 66 Mustang restoration project. The wheelhouse and quarter panel and been test fitted, taken back off, and we’re ready to put everything together for the last time.

Before we start installing parts, we need to finish repairing the flanges. Any holes from drilling, ripped metal from separating the panels or anything else must be repaired. We are going to give you a few welding tips to help you out.

Next, we should be ready to install the outer wheelhouse.
