January 22, 2012 at 7:08 pmNice quick little video. I may do something similar on car to show my customers how mobile bumper repair works. I think sharing what is involved helps build value for the customer. Sometimes they don’t understand why it takes 2 hours to perform a repair. With this information, they feel that their money is well spent and the repair is well-performed.
