The EPA has published a new national emission standard for hazardous air pollutants for paint stripping and miscellaneous surface coating operations at area sources. Auto body refinishing operations that include motor vehicle and mobile equipment spray-applied coating operations are affected by this new regulation and must be in compliance by January 10, 2011.
