Customer Service Providers Highlighted in New ASRW Pavilion
Dallas/August 6, 2010 – Exhibitors who provide customer-service related products and services will be showcased in the all-new Customer Service Marketplace at Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW), scheduled for Oct. 11-13, 2010, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The Customer Service Marketplace will be located on the CARS show floor. ASRW is sponsored by the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and includes NACE and CARS.
In response to a need for customer-service oriented products and services throughout the show, ASRW created this area to concentrate these providers in one area of the show floor, which includes approximately 1,000 square feet and eight exhibitors. Participants include direct mail/advertising companies, educational providers, software providers and media companies who specifically service the automotive industry.
“Creating a pavilion specifically for these types of exhibitors was a mutually beneficial decision on our part and adds significant value to both attendees and exhibitors,” says Lindsay Roberts, ASRW Show Director. “Attendees can simply go to one location on the show floor to find all the customer service providers, and ultimately, the vendor of products they’re looking for.”
Participating exhibitors in the Customer Service Marketplace include AutoNetTV, Autoshop Solutions, ContactPoint, Demandforce, ESI (Educational Seminars Institute), Mudlick Mail Company, National Processing Center, and ProfitBoost Software.
